A company based in Lincolnshire that produces patient information leaflets for drug companies approached LiquidChrome to see if we could help them improve their testing procedure.
The leaflets contain important information regarding dosage, possible side effects and drug interactions and as such, new or revised leaflets must be tested by a wide-ranging but specific group of people to ensure that the leaflets are not just medically accurate, but clear and easy to read by the patient too.
This requires an extensive amount of information such as names, addresses, ages, medical conditions and other personal information to be sorted through when selecting candidates for the leaflet trials. This is currently achieved using a spreadsheet which has become very large and unmanageable, fueling the need for a faster, easier to use system.
LiquidChrome are currently in the process of converting the spreadsheet into a fully searchable database, allowing potential candidates to be automatically selected based upon the criteria of each individual trial, making substantial time savings and freeing-up staff for other tasks.
